Our Yoga Class is held here in our office once each month! There is a $10 class fee for all yoga classes that is waived when you are adjusted the week (6 days) leading up to the class. It is also waived for all first time participants.
Not an Olympian? That’s ok– neither are we! This is the time for you to try YOGA. (Even you Crossfit studs who think there is no way that YOGA is a workout!)
